Description

▶ISO flange (also called Large ISO) is used for HV chamber ports and is in accordance with International Standards Operation Standard.

▶There are two styles: ISO-K and ISO-F 

  ○ISO-K – is also called ISO Clamp type which uses clamp fasteners and comprises two ISO flanges, a Center Ring with O-ring, and a double wall clamp or a double claw clamp

  ○ISO-F – is also called ISO Bolt type which uses nut and bolt fasteners and comprises two ISO bolted flanges, a Center Ring with O-ring, bolt screws, washers and nuts
