Functions and Characteristics
1. Furnace chamber is made of aluminium oxide polycrystalline fibre with good heat insulation performance, durability, and high efficiency;
2. Heating elements are qualified alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2 with max. temperature of 1200℃;
3. Two-layer shell structure; cooperated with thermoinduction technology; equipped with wind cooling system which enables fast cooling of the furnace surface;
4. KF fast connection lowers down the damage possibility of heating tubes and make it easier to pick and put materials;
5. Top cover design enables customers to observe the heating material in real-time, and it can do fast cooling which can meet experiment demands of fast heating and fast cooling;
6. Intelligent PID control, sel- tuning, programmable 30 segments, no power consumption;
7. Reserved vacuum ports, circuit fast ports, cooperated with our vacuum and gases mixing system to meet customers' different requirements of vacuum degree and atmosphere stations.
8. Reserved 485 interfaces; if cooperated with our software, it can be connected to computer thus to realize remote control of one or several sets furnaces for real-time tracking, historical records, reports output and etc.
Safety operation: it will shut down when door is open or in case of over-temperature or any electric leakage.
