Application

Functions and Characteristics

1. Double shell structure, equipped with air cooling system, the shell surface temperature is less than 60℃;

2. Chamber material is high purity aluminium oxide polycrystalline fibre, good heat insolation, durable and high energy efficient 50%;

3. Heating element is qualified silicon molybdenum rod, Max temperature 1800℃;

4. Door is open from left side, safety operation of shutdown when over-temperature, or any power leakage;

5. Intelligent temperature controlled system, with PID and self-tuning, programmable 30 segments of temperature up and down, accuracy ±1℃;

6. 485 Interface was set inside of chamber, if cooperated with our software, it can connect with computer thus to realize remote control of one set or several sets of furnaces for real-time tracking, historical records, reports output and etc.
