Functions and characteristics
1. Furnace chamber is aluminium oxide polycrystalline fibre material, with good heat insulation performance, durability, and high efficiency;
2. Heating elements is qualified silicon carbon rod, SiC , Max. Temp 1400℃;
3. 2 layer shell structure, cooperated with thermoinduction technology, equipped with air cooling system which makes the furnace surface fast cooling;
4. Intelligent PID control, self- tuning, programmable 30 segments, no power consumption;
5. Reserved vacuum ports, circuit fast ports, can be cooperated with our vacuum and gases mixing system to meet customers different requirements of vacuum degree and atmosphere stations.
6. Reserved 485 Interface, if cooperated with our software, it can connect with computer thus to realize remote control of one or several sets furnaces for real-time tracking, historical records, reports output and etc.
7. Safety operation, shutdown when over-temperature, or any power leakage
