Application

Widely used in vacuum atmosphere treatment for electronic ceramics, glass, crystal, powder metallurgy, nanometer material, metal parts, electronic parts, new material and powder materials and materials sintering in inert environment.

Functions and characteristics

1. Digital meter display, which can monitor the pressure, temperature and current&voltage for inside of the furnace on realtime;

2. Button control of heating system, gas mixing system, vacuum system, water cooling system of internal circulation and monitoring system, which can meet customers need;

3. Professional vacuum design, special sealing technology, these can best guarantee the air tightness of the furnace;

4. PID high accuracy control, self-tuning, programmable 30 segments, power without any consumption.

5. Optional 485 Interface, if cooperated with our software, it can connect with computer thus to realize remote control of 1 to 200 sets furnaces for real-time tracking, historical records, reports output and etc.

6. Heating element is qualified silicon molybdenum MoSi2 rod, Max temperature 1800℃;

7. Fast temperature rising speed, and this speed can be adjustable from 0-20℃/Min;

8. Little thermal pollution, chamber material is new high purity aluminium oxide polycrystalline fibre, air cooling between 2 layers, fast cooling and furnace surface is less than 60℃;

9. Temp. Controlled accuracy is ±1℃;
