Application:

Widely used in vacuum sintering, atmosphere protection sintering, vacuum film coating, CVD experiments and physical components testing for rare earth preparation, 

electronic lighting, crystal annealing, biological ceramics, electronic ceramics, special alloy, magnetic material, precision casting and metal heat treatment;

 

Functions and characteristics

1. Furnace chamber is aluminium oxide polycrystalline fibre material, with good heat insulation performance, durability, and high efficiency;

2. Heating elements is qualified silicon carbide rod, Max. Temp 1400℃;

3. 2 layer shell structure, cooperated with thermoinduction technology, equipped with wind cooling system which makes the furnace surface fast cooling;   

4. KF fast connection, lower down the possibility of heating tube damaged; and easier to pick and put materials;

5. Intelligent PID control, sel- tuning, programmable 30 segments, no power consumption;

6. Reserved vacuum ports, circuit fast ports, can be cooperated with our vacuum and gases mixing system to meet customers different requirements of vacuum degree and atmosphere stations.

7. Reserved 485 Interface, if cooperated with our software, it can connect with computer thus to realize remote control of one or several sets furnaces for real-time tracking, historical records, reports output and etc.
