Sliding Vacuum Tube Furnace LMGH1200 series, this Furnace is specially for generation of graphene; it is also suitable for CVD experiments which needs temperature fast rise and down; Furnace body is open tube furnace and there is a straight slide rail, when generation finished, furnace body can move to be right or left automatically, which can guarantee enough space to make samples out of furnace, and to realize fast cooling.

Application

This Furnace is specially for generation of graphene;

Functions and characteristics

1. Furnace chamber is aluminium oxide polycrystalline fibre material, with good heat insulation performance, durability, and high efficiency;

2. Heating elements is qualified alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2, Max. Temp 1200℃;

3. 2 layer shell structure, cooperated with thermoinduction technology, equipped with wind cooling system which makes the furnace surface fast cooling;

4. KF fast connection, lower down the possibility of heating tube damaged; and easier to pick and put materials;

5. Furnace body can move to be right or left , it can do fast cooling which can meet experiments demands of fast heating and fast cooling;

6. Intelligent PID control, sel- tuning, programmable 30 segments, no power consumption;

7. Reserved vacuum ports, circuit fast ports, can be cooperated with our vacuum and gases mixing system to meet customers different requirements of vacuum degree and atmosphere stations.

8. Reserved 485 Interface, if cooperated with our software, it can connect with computer thus to realize remote control of one or several sets furnaces for real-time tracking, historical records, reports output and etc.
