Application

Mainly applied in vacuum sintering, atmosphere- protection sintering and components testing fields for rare earth preparation, electronic lighting, crystal annealing, biological ceramics, electronic ceramics, special alloy, magnetic material, precision casting, metal heat treatment and etc.

Functions and Characteristics

1. Furnace chamber is imported alumnium oxide polycrystallline fibre material, with a good thermal insulation, durable and high energy efficiency;

2. Heating elements are qualified imported alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2, Max temp is 800℃.

3. 2-layer shell structure, composed with thermoinduction technology and air cooling system, which can make the furnace surface temperature fast down;

4. The tube of this high temperature and high pressure tube furnace is seamless nickel based alloy, specialized designed for high temperature and high pressure experiments, Max pressure is 20MPa, Max temperature is 800℃, and also can be filled with many kinds of anaerobic or inert gases. And there is a pressure relief cover, it can protect the operator when relief pressure. A stainless steel mesh sieve is on the tube orifice, which can prevent dirt block pipes and instruments during the experiments; It is a good choice for high pressure new material preparation and small type hot isostatic pressure alloy sample treatment.

5. Top cover furnace, can observe heating materials on-real time, also can meet experiments requirement of fast temperature rising and down;

6. Intelligent PID high accuracy control, self-tuning, programmable 30 segments, power lossless.

7. Reserved vacuum port, gas circuits fast interface, cooperated with our vacuum and mixed gas system;

8. Reserved 485 conversion interface, it can connect with computers to realize remote control of single or several furnaces for real-time tracking, historical records and reports outputs;

9. Safety operation of shutdown when open, over-temperature and power leakage.
